12 STRING SURFCASTER

Howdy Fellas,
I'm not to sharp on Charvel guitars being that I only own Jacksons.
I've located a 12-string Charvel Surfcaster in a local shop it is minty (no dings). The serial # is 375727... Is it an import? They are asking $700. Are they insane??

It is an import.

I´ve got the Jackson SC12.
That one will never leave me!!!
Looks really cool and are an eyeturner.
$600-700, great price IMO.
