I have found that it's the Model 6's that are really climbing in price. The 5's don't seem to be going up as fast. You should still be able to get one w/Floyd in the $400 range, or a Kahlered one for around $350. Some may go higher, but you can still get deals on them. Hell, even the Kahlered Model 6's have started getting more expensive.
