The model series are always the best bang for the buck ,What a great score.Keep your eyes open,I scored my model 2 all original with a fe wdings for $119 including chainsaw case minus 2 latches ,It had a bunch of stickers that came off with a little elbow grease,what a great story mudkicker.

The fret board has some nice grain in it that didn't come out in the pic. I'm going to swap the floyd out with a Schaller that is on my 84 SD.
Does the jack need to be a stereo jack like EMGs?

If it has the active electronics, then yes, it needs a stereo jack.
