Here's my latest acquisition, for your viewing pleasure. A Charvel Model 5A in a beautiful Metallic White. It has yellowed quite a bit (more than the pics show), which kinda makes it glow, more like Pearl White (which I love). I needed another guitar like a hole in the head, but with 1H (my favorite pickup, too - a DiMarzio Evolution), neck-through, and a locking trem, how could I resist? This is VERY close to what I would order from the Jackson Custom Shop if I had the cash - about all I would change would be: direct-mounted pickup, no switch (move the coil tap to the volume knob), ebony fretboard, and a thinner, oiled neck, with the last 4 frets scalloped. Get a gander now, before I start shaving the neck and bringing this beauty even closer to those specs. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
