...if I had any clue,Dave,I would have just drove down to get my parts!!! That is beautiful..great improvement over the violin(s#!t) brown burst on the 88's(personal opinion,please don't shoot me)I personally love the natural color of the mahogany.Awesome work,my friend...If that is a failure,I'm going to have to create some time to poke around this forum to see what you concider a success....

Dave, that looks sweet as hell. I have an old beat up '88 from Dana too! But mine isn't in that bad shape as yours was originally. Your work is getting to the point were you should be doing this for a living man!

what kind of oil did you use?
i had sully use cherry danish oil.
