For someone who doesn't do that for a living, I'm totally amazed. Glad Jackson didnt share their "secrets" with her. She did better on her own!

basicly one of the most incredibly remade charvels I have ever seen, and I have seen some remakes (mine's [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img])

beautiful, and the neck with the strathead and maple board, great choice

I was never crazy about Jackson's EDS type schemes, but I LOVE this. I would sure like to know what type of paints (including clear coat) she used, and how she buffed it to such an incredible shine.

She did a fantastic job thats for sure. Looks way good.
I recently used that same painting technique to throw some paint on a guitar i been redoing. I just did a quick cheap job using model paint and i went with more of a random marbleized look. But i am pleased with the result.

Your sister-in-law did a fantastic job with the paint! I wonder if Jackson might indeed call her for a few tips. Does she paint professionally or semi-professionally? Her work looks darn good regardless.

That's an amazing transformation. As much as I like Kahlers, a non-recessed Floyd would be perfect on that guitar.
