I've located a Charvel 3DR (old small guitar logo) with the reverse HS with a maple neck. AFAIK, no 3DR's were made this way but the guys says original neck. Did they make model 7's with a rev maple?

Yep, it's definitely a Model 3DR (or Predator) body with a Model 7 neck. -
