  • Looking for a replacement whammy bar.....

    Model 4 with Jackson liscensed Floyd Rose. Lost the damn thing a long time ago. Where do i find a new one? It was the kind that popped in instead of screwed on. Thanks for the help.

        It's a collared screw-on type, but it replaces the base too, so that you can use it.

          I replaced the press-in whammy bar for my Model 4 with one that threads in. I'm not sure what the tech put in there, but it seems essentially the same as what comes with the newer contemporary series or whatever they called it (like 375, etc.).

              Ibanez Suregrip ones fit

              That's what I fitted to my Model 3 that I bought in '91 without the arm, and when I got my Model 5A in 2001, sure enough it didn't have the arm and Ibanez still sold the Suregrip one as a new accessory.
