that is a 625 I think, it is acoustic/electric. I have a different version of the same guitar, the 625C, but mine has neck binding and the extended fretboard, plus the abalone binding. looks like that one is a simpler version of the one I have, without those little extras. mine is an excellent guitar, one of the nicest acoustics that I have played, very easy to play, with great tone. it's the guitar I pick up most around home. the only thing I had to do was replace the dead tuners on it with Schallers and it kicks ass.
at that price, I would get it if I were you.
here is mine:
the brown on the sunburst at the bottom is from my shitty camera... LOL

here's a closeup of the headstock showing the binding, rosewood cap, inlaid abalone logo, and the Schallers I put on.

well that one in the photo looked maybe not in the best of condition. hard to tell from a pic though.
these were made from like 1994 to 1997 I think, so not really limited, just a standard production model for that time period. others here may have more info. the earlier ones were better, I hear. the ones made in 96/97 weren't quite the same quality of build.
luckily I got a 94.

there was a thread several months back about a Charvel acoustic/electric that had no sound hole that somebody picked up. they are pretty rare I think. that one in the pic looks killer, I'd pick that one up if I were you. flame top, sunburst, looks great!
