The only other weird Charvel headstock I can think of is the one on some Japanese models that sorta look like an Ibanez, only I can't think of the model name or find a pic of one.

That one in the picture with the three looks like a ps-7 performer. The Wilk, matte finish pickguard, and dildo headstock are dead giveaways. The one he claims is a model 3a looks more like my cx391 with a white pickguard.
