I just bought one too about a month ago for $250 Australian. My first experience with a Floyd. Patietnce is the key to a setup IMO. Lovely neck, now looking for a new PG and probably gonna go HSS config because of the swimming pool rout. I'm still trying to figure out whether a Standard strat PG will fit or whether I'll need to ge one precut.

Thats identical to my black one except that yours has the real strat headstock. The pickguards are not the same. Almost, but not quite. These are bigger down by the control knobs. A strat guard may work but I dont know if it will completely cover the cavity in that area.

Yeah, It doesn't look like it will fit. Looks like I'll have to order a chessboard pattern blank from wdmusic.com.
