hooray!!

its actually alot creamier than it looks but when take a photo the metallic bits in the paint (it was originally metallic white before it faded i think)make it brighter than it is also there looks like there's rust on the trem but there actually isn't - its a brass trem and it shows on the edges of bits where its old - i'll try post u some better photos of it now its in my hands

I thought the middle pot was tone, not mid boost? Am I wrong?

you got a good guitar there, once you have a luthier deal with your pots. they just need a good cleaning.
the guitar players look damaged - they've been outcasts all their lives

My middle pot is the tone and my third knob is the mid-boost,but there are occasions where for some odd reason they are switched.

When I got my Model 6, it was wired as such: Tone (closest to the pickup), volume, and mid-boost. The previous owner had probably rewired it a few times.

Re: Charvel Model 4?

I hate my Charvel Model 4. It's made it impossible to find another guitar at a reasonable price that can stand up to it! I also have a 375, but the Model 4 just bloodies it. It stays in tune better, and it's just a tonal wrecking ball (the 375's neck plays like butter, though).

Mine's a little different because I took out the mid-boost circuitry and put in a Duncan Distortion humbucker.

How are you liking yours so far?

Also, make sure you have the correct output jack in there and that it is wire correctly so that it isn't 'always on'.

i'm assuming the wiring hasn't been tinkered with since it was made how would i know if it was always on?
