Well, I finally got all the pickup swapping, wiring, restringing, etc. done on my 750xl's. So, here are a couple of group shots.
This next shot is of the two that have consecutive serial numbers. They have been passed around the board for a while now, the whores! I finally got the red one after missing out a couple of times.
The red one has a pair of Duncan Distortions in it. I figured better shred with red.
Her sister has a pair of zebra coil Duncan 59's. It is a no nonsense rock guitar, very Les Paul like. But it rocks harder.
The 3rd 750xl, the one on the right, I've actually had the longest. It now has a Duncan Custom-Custom/APH set in it. It is an extremely versatile guitar. It can do just about everything from blues/jazz to rock to shred. If I had to describe this guitar in one word, it would be "smooth." I'm loving the Alnico 2 magnets in those pickups. Oh so creamy, like the inside of my shorts when I saw all three together.
