Another "help me ID this Charvel please!" thread

Some kid I know has bought his first electric guitar, it's an import Charvel.
It really looks like a SD Traditional (cf here), but I thought SD Reissue were all made in the USA.


The jackplate is on the side btw, unlike most SDT I've seen on the web.
Serial is 1020318, and there's a "Made in Japan" sticker on it, if it can help.
