Thinking about a Model 4 project...

I have been thinking that I wanted a natural finish (or a flamed maple or walnut topped) Strat body with extended cutaways and H/S/S top-mount config, when lo and behold, I find this on Ebay: , and I want to mate it with theEMG's and the reverse Strathead neck with a rosewood fingerboard I have on this guitar:

Would it look cool? Or is this Model series blasphemy?

I'd buy a black Kahler eventually as well, and sell the old body, which is either a Chandler, Mighty Mite, or Warmoth body...

whats wrong with the other guitar?

go to the resources section and play with the custom shop generator - u'll be able to see what it'd look like as well as play with paint jobs

the other guitar sounds great, but the tremolo mounting screws were mounted directly into the wood (I bought this guitar at an auction of a store that was going out of business), and they are stripping the wood out, and i have no pulling up capability, even when i routed out a recess for it...plus, i want a natural finish guitar anyway

I've always like the natural finish guitars with black hardware anyway, and I don't have one of those yet...
