Truss rod adjustment on 750XL Charvel

Hello, anybody know what size socket (metric ?) works on a 1989 Charvel 750XL truss rod. Just got mine and the original owner I got it from hadn't played it in years; the neck releif is .018" at the seventh fret. Not quite what I want on a flat speedy neck like this. Probably .008 to .006" would be more like it. Thanks for any input on the size socket definitely a shallow one due to the tight work area by the truss rod.

The size is 7mm. You can get a truss rod wrench from Allparts. Here is a link to their site. LINK
