Should probably have posted this in the general section and also read the FAQ, as it may be in there....but here you go:

Fnd a HOST site to upoload them to.
Try this one: http://www.imageshack.us

Browse to your pic on your PC and Upload it

Copy the direct link to the URL on ImageShack

Click on the "Image" link on the "Instant UBB Code" list here and paste the link.



That should do it!
