Not sure the need for the other thread to post a pic of the same guitar, but here it is. Nice one.

Nice! This is a color I'd really like to see in person. Seems like it looks completely different each time someone posts pics of an axe with this paint.

Ditto. I think a 750XL will be my neck guitar.

Thanks for the compliments folks; Yeah the color is deceptive in and out of the light, they did the finishes extremely well on these back in Japan. Pickups are stock probably upgrade to Dimarzios some day.

Very nice. One of these days I should pick up a 750 with a trem.

That's a beauty!! I have one of those as well but mine looks much more like a "aqua/jade" color. Do those photos represent the true color of it? In any case, congrats, these are great guitars -

The pics are the true color under good lighting, it's a dark blue/green metallic color in average lighting, in low light at a quick glance you ,might think it's black. It's quite the chameleon, a lot trickier than a sunburst or opaque finish to pin down. I really dig it

                      Re: 750 XL picts

On ebay, the pictures were crappy you couldn't tell that much about the guitar and his description was pretty low key as well. He only posted 3 dark photos from ten feet away, I figured it could only be in so bad a shape and gambled a little and picked it up for like $420 or so plus it has a nice HS aftermarket case. Only a couple of small dings here and there, frets are in good shape, no issues. Not that many bidders picked up on it, I did and got a fair deal, the guy was in Chicago and really a good guy to deal with.

                      Take care man
