HO HO HO, here's my Model 4 just freed from the oppression of a pawn shop. I had been looking at this guitar for a couple of years and couldn't take seeing it collect dust next to a bunch of plywood piece of crap shred knockoff guitars. $275 not the cheapest but not a terribly bad deal either, no issues neck is damn good feelin and playing, mid boost stills works fine, gonna restring and tweak to my tastes this weekend. Only thing I guess is the lock-nut or what's left of it is a Kahler. The plates and screws are missing, anybody know got any they wanna sell. This is my first Mod 4 so I don't know if the Kahler nut is original, probably is seems to fit perfectly. Just seems kinda funny to have a liscenced Floyd Rose/Jackson Bridge and a Kahler lock-nut, anybody got this set-up on a MOD 4? Pickups and everythingh else is stock original. Re: Newly acquired Model 4 Rainbow Fire-Crackle
Sorry to hear you had to work so hard to find a deal on any Charvel and still come up short handed. It's ironic that I'm stationed close to dinky town like Fairbanks Alaska with maybe four pawnshops and I dumbed into this rainbow crackle; no rhyme no reason, keep searching
