What Charvel came with this perticular neck?

It would be a reverse head, maple board, floyd nut. Ive only seen two of these in my searches, and I should have picked them up but ofcourse I didnt. I need to know what model to look for, hopefully make my search a bit easier. This neck is the only thing left I need for my project, and I wanna get this thing done!! I don't know... Maybe it's from a Charvel Spectrum?

You could also try and find a model 7 neck and add the nut. (good luck!)
