Model 6 Price!

I ran across a recipt for a Charvel Model 6. It's an '88 Fire Crackle bought brand new in Feb '89 with case. On the receipt it is listed at $1318 after discount I walked out the door with it for $853 tax and all.

I thought some of you Charvel Heads would like that pricing information [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

Sounds like you made out pretty well. I'm always amazed at how expensive the model series seemed to be back then for a relatively new import line at the time. A quality guitar none the less. My 86 Model 5 was around $715 + tax new. It was slightly les that an LP Standard at that time.

Sweet 6. I still have the receipt for my 650xl I bought in 92 for $800 w/ tweed case. I will keep that guitar until the day I die.
