The bridge pickup on mine is not labeled on the face or the rear. I don't think it's a Jackson pickup. It sounds great. I still may drop in EMG's.

I've considered putting some Seymour Duncans in it, but I like the way it sounds, so I really don't have much motivation to follow through.

As for the pickups, even though those bridge pickups aren't Jackson labeled, I do believe they are original as all the ones I've had, were the same exact pickup. They're not bad, but there's a heck of a lot better pickups out there to be satisfied with them. What type of sound are you going for? </font>

<font color="aqua">hmm....you may want to look into Rio Grande pickups. I have the "muy Grande" model pickups in one of my 7's but that more of a "twangy" sound..their pickups are just amazing but they aren't cheap.. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] </font>

That's the exact model 7 I've been looking for. I've passed on a couple others in the last year or 2 in hopes that I could find an electric blue one. If you ever think about letting it go, please give me a shout.
