can anyone id this?

i saw a charvel at the pawnshop today that i have never seen before. it has 3 knobs, a miniswitch and a blade switch, 3 knobs, its sunburst, and the head is really weird, its a unpainted triangle lookin head, not like a pointy, kinda looks like the carvins i think. it also has a toothpaste logo andi forgot to count frets and stuff like that
