That is indeed a Model 6. Jackson won't do serial number inquiries on their import guitars, so you can't find out the date of completion or other such info. But check out the archives here on this board for more general info on the Model 6. It's basically a Japanese-made Jackson Soloist that was produced between 1986-88. Based on the first digit in the serial number, yours was made in 1987.
