    Model 5a Pickups

    I was lucky enough to find my out model5a for sale the guitar is in unmolested condition.

    I had asked this question before a long time ago.

    The pick is a jackson but the back of it is filled in with a black epoxy same as it was when i bought her. I know they came with j95's but is this unique...... You can slightly see the jackson sticker through the epoxy.

    any help would be great!!! Also I will be selling my Pink 5a pic is in the gallery

    I just got a Model 5A from another board member in a trade for a Model 6. According to the specs of an old catalog, he tells me the 5A is supposed to have a J80C. I haven't checked mine to see, but it's possible they could have put a different one in.

      I have always thought that the 5a's came with the J95.s Greg can you help out on this matter..
