• 750XL or not?Need I.D.help

Hey,I have a Charvel which is identical to a 750XL in almost every way but it is green in color, matching headstock.I cannot post pics at this time so I will describe it.24 fret, sharkfin inlay,recessed(1)volume and(1)tone control,2-humbucker,3-way switch, archtop, slightly recessed floyd tremolo, scalloped horns,serial#C900556. I have a confirmed 750 and it definitely feels a little heavier, like a different wood.If anyone can help me I.D.this guitar it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

Yeah, that's pretty much gotta be a 750. No other Charvel matches that description.

Thanks,it's just that this guitar is definitely lighter than my 750,very strange.

Different blocks of of the same type of wood can be of different weights, due to differing densities--they come from different individual trees, after all. The classic example of this is Les Pauls, which have a comical tendency toward varying weights.

I thought (whammied) 750s were all top-loaded bridges (no recess).

My 750 is the heaviest axe I've ever held, let alone owned.....
