just wonderin on the wood
most say basswood some alder
although far from expert mine feels pretty heavy
for basswood can only compare to ibanez basswoods that seem much lighter

It's basswood. The only bolt-on neck import Charve that wasn't basswood was the Model 88. (Not counting the new Charvels)

Basswood really isnt a light wood, it's a soft wood.
