Anyone know what model 7's are worth? There is one for sale locally but I don't want to pay too much for it. It is near mint.

I forget, is that the tele? The price depends on the condition, the board.. maple or rose? Case or no? If it's the tele..ahh.. 250-300+ usually has been the going price for very good- excellent depending on features and color. -

Thanks for the info. He wants $400.00 for it. Thought that was a little much but didn't know. It's a rosewood board, no case. I may offer him 250 and let that stand awhile. There isn't much of a market around here for Charvels anyway.

Yup.. The model 7 is a tele. I got mine for under $400, but I'm usually willing to pay a little more for a guitar if I believe it's worth it in my mind. (Maybe it's why I'm usually broke)
Good idea on offering 250 and let him sit on it. They do seem to be appearing every so often on eBay, you could get lucky there.Occupy JCFComment
