ID of my guitar?

I have a Charvel that has a bolt on neck, rose wood finger board, head stock has the Charvel in the shape of a guitar, #267911 on neck plate with Ft. Worth tx, one open humbucker, 2 single jackson pickups, has 9volt bat. in back , floyd rose, 3 togle switches and 3 volume pots.

I seems that the switches will turn on one of the single pickups with the humbucker, is this right?

Correct, you have a Model 4.
