That's a good question. I really don't think they did that well on the market. I just got a body real cheap and I needed to know for the neck application. Thanks for the help!
I agree, it's not exactly the best made body I've come across but it'll make a great project! I'm thinking of trying my hand a material finish like Jim is doing to my model 4 body. Not sure what material yet..we'll see [img]graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/idea2.gif[/img]

I don't know what they were thinking with that pickup config though. It's not that it sounds bad, it's just that it doesn't sound like it LOOKS. I wound up replacing the two singles at the bridge with a Screamin' Demon - MUCH better!

Anyways, I would agree that it's not the greatest Charvel I've laid my hands on. The finish on the neck seems rough, and the action is inherently too high, like the factory nut is too tall. On the whole, it IS a back-routed RR, so it at least looks pretty cool.
