ID This?

Heya, just got back from my used local guitar shop.

Saw a Charvel there.

Small logo, Fort Worth Plates, single hum, single vol, i THINK its a JT6 trem (def. not a jt580 or 500). 22 fret, dots. Red color. Pretty good condition. Frets 1-4 will need attention eventually, but still has some life in them.

Since im a long time customer I can get it for 150 out the door, with no case.

Anyone know what this is? and anyone want it?

Take it from me if thats a model 2 its worth all of 150 bucks. I love mine wouldn't trade it for anything.... except maybe if my son got into guitar playing then i might let him pry it from my stiff grip. hehehe

Model two for sure 150.00 very reasonable if it is in good condition.I paid 165.00 for one several months ago that was pretty rough,fixed the chipped headstock,and the body is soon to have a bullseye graphic on it so all is well.
These are great guitars don't pass it up.

Well, now that everyone's bragging on the 'ol 2's I must wonder why I had a very clean one on the Bay for three weeks at 2 bills and never even got a bid??? It even included the OHSC. Hell, if I can't even get 200 bucks for it I'll just keep the damn thing. They are extremely good instruments but very under-rated in todays market. Just go to your local music store and try to buy something comparable in quality and playability for under 500. [img]graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img]

Maybe you had limited payment options?!?

$200.00 isn't unreasonable for a nice clean M2.

Of course now is a really bad time to sell a guitar, even the US Jackson/Charvels are not getting much, unless they are particularly special.
