Re: hey!, need help on indentifiying my guitar

Hey, no i dont mean it that way, it was a simple question, all i wanted to know was how much is it worth. if it wasnt that expensive i would like to custom it, but if it was worth a bit, i would like to keep it standerd. like i said it was just a simple question that i would like to be answered.

Whats it worth is a very hard question to answer.
If you like it keep it play the **** out of it.They are only worth what some body is willing to pay.If there is one thing I've learned here its the jackson professional as well as jap charvels are meant to be played hard and really aren't collectable to the degree that other brands are ( for now anyway). So buying the imports to make money is not what these guitars are all about. They are rock solid rock and roll machines that deserve to be purchased cleaned up and put back into service and PLAYED!!

Oh and BTW I have usa made jacksons that I would not hesitate to sell, but dont even ask for my model 2's or model 6 charvels 'cause they aint for sale. They are no doubt the best guitars for the money. They play as well as any usa jackson I've ever had.Don't take it wrong I love usa jacksons they RULE!but there is something about the model series charvels.

I'm with Richard, I have loaned out my model 2 as a backup for a friend's band, he ended up playing it all night. He gave me an offer for that and my JRS-2. I flat turned him down...

I hear ya.A friend of mine used my model 2/ EMG 81 with a scalloped fretboard and did 3 shows with it.He made several nice offers but to no avail we are talking 500.00 buck range.Thats how much I love the model 2's.I've got 3 of them at the moment and they are not for sale.
