<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Well, like I said it is not without its flaws. The pics make it look a bit nicer then it really is.
I started with a guitar that was in good shape to begin with. I scuff sanded the body and then primed it. I used automotive enamel in rattle cans. Green first, then the yellow. All the rest was done by using masking tape and stencils I cut out of poster board. Then when that was all dry I sprayed the clear. I didn't wet sand it and buff it out, because I have never done that. I will try it next time I take it apart.

maybe ill try it...i can always start over if i mess up.

Carefull when you wetsand. If there is not a good amount of clear you can end up sanding through one of the layers. I would sand it down again, just till it looses its luster with about a 1000grit sandpaper. Then apply a healthy layer of clear, block sand it, and apply another healthy set of clear. Do this until you see no more lines. Then you can get some 3M rubbing compound and 3M mirror glaze to give that mirror finish. Its very time consuming buy will give you professional looking results.
