I was at a guitar show in Columbus, OH today and saw an interesting Charvel import. Here's the specs:
-24 fret neck thru with binding on the neck and headstock
-rosewood board with dots
-non-recessed Jackson licensed floyd (JT-6)
-serial # stamped into the last fret (started with a "C")
-Charvel guitar logo on the headstock
-single Jackson humbucker with a single volume knob
I have 2 model 6s and have seen some model 5s (all with 2 humbuckers). But I've never seen a single hum, neck thru import. I even looked through my Charvel catalogs from the 80's when I got home to see if I could find out what it is. So what is this? Some version of a model 5?
It had some dings and dents and it was black (not a fan of all black guitars). Otherwise I would have snagged it.
Any thoughts from you guys? Anyone else ever see something like this?
