Please show me some colors! and how's the JB as a pickup?

Hey

I've pretty much got my guitar search narrowed down to either the J-man, the Standard, the Model A(+?) and the Dinky Firestorm. The one issue that I can't seem to get anywhere on is color...Help!

I would like to see what these guitars look like in a few of the colors (same color options for all of them I think). Mostly the Blues (electric, cobalt, transparent) the Natural, and the Tobacco Sunburst=>some of these look brighter than others?

If anyone can either post some pics of these colors especially those guitars or could tell me where I could look myself I'd appreciate it [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

Also, what's the scoop on the JB pickup as far as the JCF is concerned? Just curious

Thanks for the pic Steve, I'm kinda partial to the J-man myself as I'm sick of dealing with floyds and nutlocks [img]graemlins/images/icons/tongue.gif[/img]

I still would like to see the blues, and the tobacco sunburst....

When I bought the Journeyman they also had a Black Standard. There was no contest, the Journeyman sounded much better. Must have been the wood!

Anyhow, my local dealer (not the place I bought mine from, they lost the Jackson/Charvel line after the Fender take over) now has Journeyman guitars in Blue and the Rising Sun graphic. The Rising Sub is pretty spectacular. When my wife saw it she was going "Buy it, buy it!" 'cos she reckoned it would look neat on the living troom wall...

I'm not really into the Rising sun graphic, it just doesn't really suit me. This is the first time I've actually been able to choose the color, usually I just buy whatever guitar I like that's on the rack. My first choice is the Tobacco Sunburst, but I like blue as well and there no pics I can find to compare the colors.

I like all the guitars, but the J-mans simplicity appeals to me. [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

I would buy a standard myself if it had a rosewood or ebony neck! How do you like the neck? How much thinner/wider would you say it is compared to a Fender neck?
