Cuda' green Charvel has arrived! Pics

hello-
The custom painted Charvel CX291 I got off ebay arrived today.
I like it alot. Needs a set up. The black stripe is above the clear coat. Any ideas how to protect it? Should I have the whole thing clear coated? How much would this cost?

I also am thinking of changing the pickups. I am thinking of staying with a traditional strat type sound. All my other guitars have humbuckers or dual rails. I'm thinking of Dimarzio HS3(bridge), HS2(m), YJM(n). Any ideas?

I dig that. If you clear coat over it, it will no longer be matte.

You're not going on a world concert tour with it are you?

If not, then you should be ok with it as is, unless you play in your living room like an 80's rock star on stage......
