First time posting. I have a bunch of questions but I guess I should start with asking the experts: "What's my Model?"
I am embarrassed to say that I bought this guitar new back in the day and don't know the Model number. From what I've seen in JCF I am guessing it's an '88 Model 5FX.

Serial: C804870
It's neck through, 24 fret, diagonal single coil at the neck, humbucker at the bridge, JT6 trem, "R" on the Charvel decal.
It used to have a single volume knob, but I replaced it with a inner/outer-style knob for tone and volume without drilling a new hole.
I also replaced the 3-way switch with a 5-way rotary when I replaced a dead pickup for one that had more wiring options.
Before the minor mods it looked a lot like Pete's black '88 5FX guitar in this photo in the JCF gallery: http://www.jcfonline.com/gallery/cha...00163-pete.jpg
What do you guys think?
