New member info on TE custom

this is a tele with 3 pickups like strat. Has toothpaste logo. Bought it used in 91 or92. serial #381354. I have been trying to find info on guitar since then but no luck. Any help would be great. thanks..

TEKKY, Thanks for the info. The fact that they were only made about 2 years explains why I haven't seen another one. Any idea on value?

I'm not one on values, I normally just pay what I think is fair... I'd say it would be pretty low with the ugly harpoon headstock on it.
