I was tooling around on the bay, and bid on a Screamin demon, just for the hell of it (i just registered and need a few buys under my belt). It is the regular spaced one, and I got it for only 40 bucks (seems like a good deal, says new in box). Anyone know the actaul pole piece spacing on these? I think it will fit my model 4 with the Kahler, since the spacing is a hair under two inches. Any thoughts?

the spacings are on the duncan site (www.seymourduncan.com). It will fit, the trem spacing is only a cosmetical issue. the sound will not be affecten by it not being a trem spaced PU.

Cool, thanks so much. I have a couple of options for this pickup. I can throw it in my mod 4, my HM strat, or in a project guitar I'm building. The mod 4 pickups seem pretty hot, as is the super 3 in the HM, so I'm thinking the lower output will give me a tonal change from what I am used to. I'm just looking forward to having fun with it!Comment
