Okay, heres my M6 almost completely naked.
Notice the complete lack of binding.
I need some opinions, I was going to go with a dye job flame veneer top and bottom, with solid sides and neck.
I'm toying with the idea of making the whole guitar trans.. problem is, I've got that ugly green running on the top edge of the guitar.
Do you think it'll look okay once stained, or is it too ugly and should be covered up with a solid colour.
Also, how about a clear trans finish, no stain?
Remember.. the back and front will be flame maple.
Oh.. any tips on putting in new binding.. I hope I can slip it under the fret ends.. I don't wanna have to lift the frets.
