surfcaster configurations

hello.could some one please tell me about the diffrent charvel surfcaster configurations that were availible in the 90's?

also, does anyone know where i can get a replacement selector switch for my 475? parts of it fell off and now only the neck pick up and neck/middle posistions work.thanks!

Can't help you with the surfcaster thing, but th switch should be available at any guitar shop if it is a 5 way blade. Most stores will have the mini toggles too.
