What's the body wood on the Model 88? I assume it has a maple neck, rosewood fretboard. Also, what trem did they use and what is the neck profile like? After seeing pics of the 88, it looks like I might need to own one soon.

Bodies on those '88's are African Slab Mahogany, or something like that. It's some type of African Mahogany that can no longer be harvested. They had a JT-6 trem and the neck is the same as the other Model series bolt-on necks.
