Actually it's a little bit under 300€ maybe I can haggle it down just a little bit.. that would be ace, and maybe I could afford a Model 1A too then.. I'm gonna look for one on the forums when I get my 100th post

You can always do a coil tap with a push/pull pot or better yet get a EMG 89 a H/S under one cover.

Nah, haven't offered it to him in a trade. I think I could get more for the Vanguard on the Norwegian
market if I find someone who's interested I spent a good deal on it in shipping from the US, plus taxes, so yeah..

I just picked up a mint Model 2 in Electric Blue. I changed the pickup to an EMG 81 and it rocks big time. It is now my favorite guitar. I can't put it down. Not to mention that it has about the best action of any guitar I own (13 total so far!!) I wasn't sure about the old Floyd on it, but I have to say it keeps tune no matter how hard I divebomb on it!!! The best of my 3 Floyd equipped guitars.

How do you guys like this Kahler system? I haven't tried it myself.. I've owned a guitar with a recessed Spyder which was kinda cool, but haven't tested this one..
