Were all these 22 fret 25.5 inch scale length necks? If so, are they interchangeable?

Yes they were, and yes they are.

The only difference will the the locking nut or lack thereof.

The Model 2, 3, and 4 all had locking tremolos. The vast majority of the locking nuts were the "behind the nut" JT-6 style.
