I agree, it looks like a cool guitar. Kick the tires, see if if plays nice. If it were available to me, I'd jump on it. (I'd personally replace the JT-6 immediately though)

I'm wondering if the original owner is trying to pass this off as all original?

I guess that's not bad considering those necks are usually pretty good. So he isn't trying to pass it off as a real USA Charvel then?

Seems like a total mutt.. The JT-6 on it isn't what came with the 375 either.

Dosen't make it a bad guitar. It's a Japanese body...who cares? It's not like they are collectable.

I think it might be an original Charvel guitar that was avaiable outside the US, notice the logo? There are strat head charvels that were not made in the USA, they were available in parts of Europe, Japan and Asia.
