how many 86´ model 6(kahler) were built, how many of them are here on the board

1. how many 86´ model 6 (the kahler-equipped ones) were built over all
and
2. how many of them are here on the board
so let´s line up the serials(pics would be cool too) [img]graemlins/toast.gif[/img]
who thinks is the first?

my model 6 is a minty # c600908 i doubt its the lowest sn here. as for how many were made over all....not enough [img]graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

My Model 6 is definitely not minty and it's serial # is C609011

Mine is 606564 red. I don't like kahler that much but for what I paid for it who can complain.

I haven´t got a clue how many of theese were built 1986, and i wonder if anyone knows for sure...
Since my axe was stolen once, and the serial removed, i´ll never know if it´s an early or late 86.
Apart from that i´ts in great condition, and the Kahler (Yes, i like it) looks brand new!

C607266, blue with a Duncan JB in the bridge since the past owner put a Carvin POS in there.

I love the Kahler, but that is just my preference. I have an '88 Custom Shop Soloist that has a Kahler on it. I hate to say it, but the Model 6 is every bit as good, and at the prices you can find them on evilBay (when they show up), it is the best deal going.

Mine is C608475. Original owner, never gigged with, not a mark on her. She rarely sees the light of day. These model 6's are some sweet guitars. Be interesting to know how many were made.

Are the serial numbers for the '86 Model 6's imprinted on the fingerboard or are they on the back of the headstock? I'm just wondering because he Model 5's with Kahlers (circa '86) I've come across had the numbers on the back of the headstock.

No idea how many made or shipped here....I just know it's the most vesatile instrument ever made. Mien is beat battered broken and rebuilt over and over....woulden't trade it for anthing. [img]images/icons/tongue.gif[/img]
