  • Found a Predator in a pawn shop

and was wondering what the usual price is that these things go for. They wanted $250 for it. Looked in fairly good shape, but definitely needed a setup. I assuming it was a Predator from the pics I saw in the gallery.

    H/S PUs
Jackson branded Floyd routed out under
    1 volume
    slider switch
22 frets reverse head bolt on
    white Charvel guitar logo

It had a finish in this color or at least close to this color.

    Thanks,

If it had the guitar logo, then it was the Model 3DR.

I think that's a fair price if it's in good shape.

250 sounds fair if it is in good shape and has a decent case. I have seen really beat ones priced higher. ANyway, grab some old junk out of your closet (old video games, CD's, power tools, etc) and trade them in on it.

What kind of wood were Predators made of?

$250 for a 3DR / Predator is a slick deal, esp. if it comes with the OHSC.

I still own 2, great axes!

THey realy are cool axes. THe couple of Predators I have played have had great necks, and the reverse head is cool. TOne-wise, they nail 80's metal to a tee. And the Schaller trem seems to be of very nice quality. If you get it, post pics!

I had a sweet Pred that I sold to Joe last year. He still has it and says it's the best one he's ever had. Wish I never had to sell it. And yes $250 is a fair price. Snag that puppy up!!!
