• I am proud to announce...my first Charvel!!

Hi all! I am the proud owner of this BEAUTIFUL Charvel Model 4. Upgrading from my old Washburn to this, is like comparing day and night. It plays exceptionally well, sounds terrific, and looks cool! I see why so many people like them!

It has a JT-6 tremolo, sharkfins, and Charvel(R) logo on the back with a neck gasket. Serial number 290018. I guess this makes it a 1988? There is a model 4 in the gallery with a later serial, but labelled as a 1987, so I'm not too sure.

It was originally sold new in the UK, now it's here with me in sunny South Africa!

It's in MINT condition except for a slightly sorry saddle block (see pic below). I paid approx. $500 for it, which is a good deal here in SA.

It looks beautiful! Classic! Very clean looking used JT-6. Both studs needs a drop of teflon oil, though

Nice guitar! I'm jealous. My next guitar will be either Charvel model 4,5, or 6. I regret selling my beloved 1986 Model 6 in 1997. I wish I still had it.
