• Journeyman?

Alright... I was in the music shop today checking out some axes, mostly Hamers, until I saw this nice lookin' single humbucker Charvel hanging on the wall - Seymour duncan humbucker, strat-style trem, 24 frets, nice maple neck, big strat-ish headstock - the guitar was absolutely fuckin' killer! Pretty cheap too.. I might go put it on layaway or something so nobody picks it up on me.

Does anyone have any info on the Journeyman series? What should I expect to pay for one? What years were they made? What do you think of them, etc,etc...

There's some cool past threads about them in the search function. Here's 2.

I believe the Jackson site still has the specs up as well.

Last I saw they were going for about 300-350 or so.

          Hey brake,

They're great guitars for the money, I love mine more everytime I pick her up. More versatile than you'd think for a single hum axe.

Anyway before you buy one at that price, send an email to Kevin at Easton Guitars . That's where I got mine...first class treatment from start to finish. He also gives us JCF members a discount.

The price I would be getting is pretty good anyway - 400 canadian, which works out to about 290 US
