Nut Width?

Howdy. What was the nut width on the Model 1 Necks From the mid to late 80's? Also, are the model 1 and 2 necks interchangable?

1 11/16" at the nut, and yes the necks are absolutely interchangeable.

they are interchangeable, although the Model 2 had a locking trem while the Model 1 didn't. If you want to use a M1 neck on a M2 body, you'll have to consider that

That shouldn't be a big deal though, right?! I would have to change the truss rod cover and just add the "locking nut" behind the traditional one.
Am I missing something?
